At Aadim Art Studio, we aim to ensure that your purchased artworks or products are delivered safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery practices for online and offline purchases.

All orders are processed and shipped during standard business hours.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Processing Times
Artwork Purchases: Original artworks require special handling and packaging. Processing time is typically 5-7 business days.
Products: For prints, or other merchandise, processing takes approximately 5- 7 business days.

3. Shipping Options and Charges
Domestic Shipping:

We offer standard and express shipping through trusted courier services.
Shipping charges depend on the weight, size, and destination of the package. Final costs will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping:

International shipping is available to select countries. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Delivery Times

Domestic Orders: Deliveries usually take 3-10 business days, depending on the location and shipping method chosen.
International Orders: Deliveries typically take  7-21 business days, subject to customs processing times.

5. Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to availability.

If your package is lost during shipping:
Contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements will be provided if the issue cannot be resolved.

7. Local Pickup
We offer a local pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their orders from Aadim Art Studio.
Pickup hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM.

8. Special Notes for Artworks
Original artworks are fragile and may require custom packaging. As a result, delivery times may vary.
We take utmost care to ensure safe delivery, but some delays may occur due to handling requirements.

9. Non-Delivery Areas
Certain locations may not be serviceable. If we are unable to ship to your address, you will be notified during the checkout process.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Aadim Art Studio, we aim to provide the best possible experience. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds related to our art classes, events, and product purchases. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Art Classes and Workshops

Cancellations by Participants:
Cancellations must be requested at least [Insert Number] days prior to the class or workshop to be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations by Aadim Art Studio:

Missed Classes:
Fees for missed classes are non-refundable. Makeup sessions may be offered at the discretion of Aadim Art Studio based on availability.

2. Events and Competitions

Cancellations by Participants:
Event registration fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the event guidelines.

Cancellations by Aadim Art Studio:
If an event is cancelled, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee.

3. Purchases of Artworks or Products

Order Cancellations:

Orders for artworks or products can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted.

Refunds for Damaged Products:
If an artwork or product arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. A replacement or refund will be issued based on the situation.

4. Refund Process

How Refunds Are Issued:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Any applicable bank fees or transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Refundable Fees:
Shipping fees, transaction fees, and material costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the fault lies with Aadim Art Studio.
